Hi Marvin,
I have to admit that you are absolutely right. I used the software last year with no problems, but the last software version indeed does not run at all. Therefore, I withdraw my recommendations for it even thou, the older releases might work. If company does not support the utility and show disrespect for users, there is no need to work with them. So many other free alternatives, that there is no problem with dropping them.
